The Summary

We do not track you, sell your information, profile your activity, or transmit your calculation data to our servers. Every mathematical calculation, team roster, unit conversion, and text transformation runs locally in your browser.

1. Local-First Processing (Zero Uploads)

Layerlee utilities are designed from the ground up as client-side instruments. When you enter numbers into the Percentage Calculator, type an equation into the Equation Solver, or paste student names into the Random Team Generator:

  • Calculations are performed by JavaScript executing on your device CPU.
  • No input data or results are sent to remote servers or third-party analytical endpoints.
  • If you disconnect from the internet, the tools continue to function normally.

2. Cookies & Analytics

We do not use invasive third-party tracking cookies, advertising beacons, or behavioural fingerprinting. We do not maintain user profiles, cross-site trackers, or sell analytics to data brokers.

3. Local Storage Usage

To provide a seamless everyday experience, some tools utilize your browser's standard localStorage API. This data remains strictly on your local disk:

  • Theme Preferences: Remembering whether you selected dark mode or light mode.
  • Saved Rosters & Presets: Storing team rosters or custom dice configurations so they are available when you return.

You can inspect, export, or clear this data at any time via your browser developer settings.

4. External Links & Media

Layerlee provides educational content and links to external resources, including our official YouTube channel (@LayerLee1) and our computer science blog (bipinbaral.com.np/blog). When visiting external websites, their respective privacy policies apply.
